Users residing in California have certain rights with respect to their Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act or (“CCPA”) (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq.) and the “Shine the Light” Law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83).

    We collect and may share the Personal Information defined in, and for the business and commercial purposes outlined in, this Privacy Policy.

  • Sale of Personal Information: 
    Integrated Refunds DOES NOT and WILL NOT sell the personal information of California residents collected under this policy without consent. We have not sold personal information of California consumers for a business or commercial purpose in the last 12 months.

  • Consumer Rights
    If you are a California resident, you have the right to (1) request more information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, sold and disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months, (2) request deletion of your personal information, (3) opt out of the sale of your personal information, if applicable, and (4) be free from discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA. You may make these requests by calling us 888-517-3386 or by emailing privacy@integratedrefunds.com. We may need to verify your identity and place of residence before completing your rights request. To designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf, please provide the necessary contact information and permission.

  • “Shine the Light” Law
    We DO NOT sell or rent personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please contact us as set out above.

Opt-in Information
When you fill out a form or provide your details on the Site or Services, you will automatically opt-in to receive marketing communications from us by email, telephone, text message or post. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only when we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so. While retention periods for different date types vary, we generally use the following criteria to define retention criteria: 1) We have a legal requirement to do so, 2) the data is necessary for our Site and Services to function, and 3) Users have a reasonable expectation that their account have been terminated.

When there is no legitimate business or legal reason to retain Personal Information, it will be deleted or anonymized. If this is not possible due to archival data back-up protocols, then said data will be securely stored and isolated from any processing until such time deletion is possible.

Child Privacy
Integrated Refunds does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 through the Site or Services. While our Site is not intended for general audiences, nor directed toward children under 18, if you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, please contact us at privacy@integratedrefunds.com. If we are aware that a child under 18 has provided Personal Information without parental consent, We will take immediate steps to remove such data.

Security 
Given that no security is perfect and the Internet can be exploited, we cannot make an absolute security guarantee. That said, it is in our best interest to protect Integrated Refunds and our Users’ Personal Information that we collect and store from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Agreements entered into with our Users further address privacy and data security.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, Users will be notified by email or by posting on the Site prior to, or on, the effective date of such changes.
